Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The learned Standing Counsel sought time to get instructions from the first respondent.

3.This Court is of the view that considering the nature of the relief to be granted, the writ petition itself can be disposed of now itself. All that the petitioner seeks is disposal of his appeal dated 12.09.2018 pending before the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Commission.

4.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal as expeditiously as possible. This Court consciously refrains from stipulating any time limit because this Court is not aware of the work load of the first respondent. However, the first respondent is called upon to expedite the appeal filed by the petitioner herein.
