This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the 2ndrespondent police to register the petitioner's petitions dated 27.11.2016 and 26.09.2017 .

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy as permissible in law.
