2.Considering the nature of the relief to be granted in this writ petition, notices to R5 and R6 stand dispensed with. 3.The petitioner has filed an appeal before the third respondent questioning the issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned property in favour of the private respondents herein. The petitioner seeks disposal of the said appeal. 4.The third respondent is directed to dispose of the said appeal on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent is bound to put the respondents 5 and 6 and other interested persons, if any, on notice before passing the final orders. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass orders one way or other. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
