ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.03.2022 and 1/3

to direct the respondents 1 and 4 to take necessary action against member those who are all committed crime during the polling of vote in the President, Vice President Election held on 08.03.2022 and violated the courts order passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.3786 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 22.03.2022.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

No costs.
