ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The Insurance Company had filed this appeal questioning the award amount in M.C.O.P.No.33 of 2020 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ Sub Court, Manamadurai. Stay was granted on condition that the entire award amount should be deposited. The appellant had complied with the said condition. The claimants have now filed this miscellaneous petition seeking withdrawal of 50% of the deposited amount.
3. We are satisfied that a case for withdrawal has been made out. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
