The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.214 of 2017 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even though the First Information Report has been registered on 27.07.2017 in Crime No.214 of 2017, the respondent has not filed a final report.

3. On the contrary, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after investigation, the case has been referred as mistake of fact and to that effect, the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor.
