ORDER

The petitioner belongs to Schedule Caste community while her husband namely., Ramamoorthi belongs to Backward Class community. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The petitioner is therefore entitled for issuance of inter-caste marriage certificate. Since the said certificate was not issued, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader states that if the petitioner makes an online application, certificate sought for will be issued. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is allowed by directing the fifth respondent to issue the certificate sought for. No costs.
