Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in O.Mu. No. 1067/Aa5/18 dated 04.04.2018 on the file of the respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner dated 29.09.2008 in the post of office assistant with all consequential benefits within the time period stipulated by this Honble Court.

2.Heard Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Government Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Counsel submitted that the judgment in Writ Appeal (MD)No.976 of 2019, dated 25.09.2019, has been complied with. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the Rev.Aplc(MD).SR.No.17073 of 2020, is rejected at the S.R. stage itself. No costs.
