ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment in the property comprised in S.N.222, Kurayur Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, thereby, amounting to interference in civil dispute on the basis of the complaint lodged by the respondents 3 and 4.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, after issuing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD)No.5355 of 2022 summons to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 17.03.2022.
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
