ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police protection at the time of erecting polls and fencing the petitioner's property in Survey Nos.140/1A15 and 140/1B16 in Patta No.566 of Rajakambeeram Revenue Village. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above submission and also in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
