ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special District Court, Trichirapalli to dispose the E.P.No.31 of 2021 in MCOP.No.933 of 2015 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since no adverse order passed against the respondent, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that the said E.P has been filed only in the year 2021 and the 1st respondent has also filed Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the Award passed in MCOP.No.933 of 2015.
