This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent No.2 to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.10.2017 and proceed with the same as per law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.13 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of IPC, on 15.12.2017.

3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
