ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2018 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation seeking to calculate the earned leave from the date of his appointment is pending consideration before the respondent and hence the petitioner has approached this Court, for appropriate orders. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

5.Under these circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.02.2018 on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
