This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register FIR in compliance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani in Cr.M.P.No.1162 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023 and proceed with the same in accordance with law. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani in Cr.M.P.No.1162 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023, an FIR has already been registered in Crime No.61 of 2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3.Since the investigation agency has registered the FIR based on the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
