ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the order, dated 09.02.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.1874 of 2020 in C.C.No.73 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate cum Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli and set aside the same.
2. Today (i.e. 08.12.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate cum Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli, has passed the judgment dated 02.08.2021, acquitting the accused including the petitioner herein under Section 248(1) of Cr.P.C and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication in the petition.
