This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to re-investigate the case pending in Crime No.22 of 2015.
2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that subsequently, the parties have entered into compromise and an action dropped report has been filed before the Mahila Court, Madurai on 14.06.2016. 3.In view of the subsequent development, no further orders are required to be passed in this Criminal Original Petition and consequently, the same is dismissed.
