Respondent Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondent police to register the case as against the accused R.Jayaprakash on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2017 u/s.141, 447, 454, 380, 420 and 406 of IPC since the petitioner's complaint discloses the commission of cognizable offences as per the settled proposition of the law made in the light of the judgment of Honorable Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari -Vs_ State of U.P. and others (2014 1 SCC Page 1) and investigate the same on merits in accordance with the law.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2017.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, based on the petitioner's complaint, a case has already been registered in Crime No.122 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 141, 447, 454, 380, 420 and 406 IPC on the file of the respondent police. He has also produced a copy of the FIR to that effect.

3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
