ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to conduct a fair and proper investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.405/2014 dated 04.12.2014 pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires two months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a
