COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.251 of 2005 and 350 of 2006 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul, within a time frame.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suits were instituted in the year 1986 before the Sub Court and they were transferred to the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul on jurisdiction ground. However, the trial has not yet been commenced.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the suits were being adjourned without any progress and the impleading petition alone is pending. Pendency of the matter, causes prejudice to the interest of the petitioner.
4. Considering the above submissions and without going into the merits, the learned Principal District Munsif, Dindigul is directed to dispose of the suits in O.S.No.251 of 2005 and O.S.No.350 of 2006 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before 30.11.2016 provided there is no Court boycott by the Advocates.
5. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
