*********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for early disposal of the proceedings pending before the third respondent in Ne.Mu.No.8912/2013.

W.P.[MD]No.5358 of 2022 3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the proceedings pending before the third respondent is disposed of within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire.

4.Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders in the proceedings in Ne.Mu.No.8912/2013, within a period of six [6] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
