ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 1st & 2nd Respondents to provide adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner and his family members, based on the representation dated 27.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that complaint has been sent through post to the Sub-Inspector of Police, Koodangulam and further, on the date of occurrence itself, intimation was sent to the concerned Police Station, but there was no response from the Police Station.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far, no such complaint has been received.

4. Perusal of typeset of papers shows that, complaint has been sent 2/4

through post to the Sub-Inspector of Police, Koodangulam. But the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that no such complaint has been received by the concerned Station House Officer.

5. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the second respondent. So that, further action will be taken by the second respondent in this regard as per law.

6. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
