Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

2. The petitioner's vehicle was seized in connection with illegal transportation of sand. It was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate. The petitioner's application for return of the vehicle was dismissed by the Judicial Magistrate.

3. This Court permits the petitioner to once again move the Judicial Magistrate under Section 451 Cr.P.C., The Judicial Magistrate is directed to entertain the petitioner's application and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of it on merits and in accordance with law. With this liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
