O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to transfer the petitioner from Piranmalai Primary Health Centre, Sivagangai District, to any one of the Superintendent post vacancy in Health & Preventive Medicine Department at Salem District by considering his seniority and request given from the year 2016 and

particularly his representation dated 13.04.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Arivalagan, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P (MD) No.8414 of 2018 is closed.
