This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to investigate the case and file final report before appropriate court in connection with Cr.No.252/19 pending on the file of respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 252 of 2019 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil and the same has been taken cognizance in CC No.448 of 2021

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
