To modify the condition imposed in para No.8 in Crl.MP.No.2636/2025 dated 16.09.2025 by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Presiding Officer Special Court for EC and NDPS Act cases, Pudukkottai, and consequently permit the petitioner to be released on his own bond.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the order of condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 2636 of 2025 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Presiding Officer Special Court for EC and NDPS Act cases, Pudukkottai, dated 16.09.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, and the condition imposed in para No.8 by the Additional District and Sessions Judge/Presiding Officer Special Court for EC and NDPS Act cases, Pudukkottai, in Crl.M.P.No. 2636 of 2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with single surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
