RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order Relaxing the Condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.1401 of 2020 dt.17.2.2020 in Crl.A.(MD).No.79 of 2020 against SC.No.19 of 2018 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.B.N.RAJA MOHAMMED, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this court, dated 17.02.2020 in Crl.MP(MD) No.1401 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.79 of 2020.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
