ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for R1 and R2. 2.The petitioner claims to have purchased the petition mentioned property from the third respondent on 29.06.2016. The petitioner seeks change of the EB service connection from the name to the third respondent to his name. In this regard, he has given an application dated 18.01.2019.
3.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the said application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or other. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
