ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Tiruchirapalli, to dispose of Spl.S.C.No.8 of 2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that Spl.S.C.No.8 of 2021 is filed very recently and that the case is posted for framing of charges against the accused. It is also his contention that 15 witnesses have to be examined on the side of the prosecution.

3.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
