PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of habeas corpus to call for the entire records in pertaining to the detention order in P.D.O.No.08 of 2020 dated 07.02.2020 on the file of the second respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's son namely, Gudlu @ Ramesh Aravind son of Kumar, aged about 22 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Trichy, before this Court and set him at his liberty.
