Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is said to be a severe by disabled person. He has sought allotment of a shop in Othakadai area. He has given a representation dated 08.02.2019 in this regard. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
