ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the Respondent to file Final Report 1/4

in Crime No. 253 of 2022 U/s. 294(b), 323, 324, 326, 506(i), 506(ii) and 34 of IPC dated 13.11.2022 on the file of the Respondent within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit after completing the investigation, has filed the final report before the concerned Court on 30.11.2022. but it was not taken on file so far.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the the learned Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi, to process the above said final report within the time stipulated as per rule.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
