ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner without following due process of law.

2. According to the petitioner, he has settled the amount to one Syed Ali. Now, the mother of Syed Ali preferred a complaint insisting upon the remaining balance amount. Hence, the petitioner has filed the Criminal Original Petition before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Public Persecutor appearing for the respondents Police would submit that the petitioner is assured for settling the amount to the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Persecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is

not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Liberty to the respondent to proceed in accordance with law, if necessary.
