The present writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to conclude the appeal proceedings in Na.Ka.No.106/E1/2023 dated 19.05.2023 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to grant adequate opportunity to the petitioner and thereafter pass orders within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
