ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to conduct further enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 23.02.2022 in C.S.R. No. 112 of 2022.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.112 of 2022. It is a money dispute between the parties. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and based on the undertaking given by the private parties, the said complaint was closed.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 21.11.2023 NCC: Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet: Yes/ No PNM 2/4
