ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders in the appeal preferred by the petitioner, against the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.93512/C1/E3/2015 dated 04.08.2017 issued by the 2nd respondent. 2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that his appeal dated 18.04.2018, which was filed against the proceedings, by which punishment of stoppage of increment was ordered by the 2nd respondent, is pending consideration before the 1st respondent and hence the petitioner has approached this Court, for appropriate orders.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the appeal of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

5.Under these circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's Appeal dated 18.04.2018, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
