The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the civil revision petition with liberty to prosecute the application in I.A.No.705 of 2012.

2.In view of the endorsement so made, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. No costs. The learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.705 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2015 is closed.
