Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2d respondents to direct the 3rd respondent to regularise the petitioner's service as Masalchi as, the petitioner has completed more than ten year w.e.f the date of appointment i.e, 25.07.2005, at par with similarly placed persons by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2019, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2019, within a time limit fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents. By Consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that her representation dated 19.02.2019, in respect of her claim seeking to regularise her service, is pending consideration before the third respondent and hence the petitioner has approached this Court, for appropriate orders.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

5.Under these circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2019 on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
