ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Revision Petitioner will be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the Waqf Tribunal to conclude the proceedings W.O.P.No.63 of 2020 within a time frame stipulated by this Court. 2.Though notice was served on the first respondent, none appears. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Tamil Nadu Waqf Tribunal, Chennai, is directed to conclude the entire proceedings in W.O.P.No.63 of 2020 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the Tribunal is at liberty to seek extension by making necessary request, if the Tribunal could not complete the proceedings within the stipulated time. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
