This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.169 of 2016.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired and closed as "mistake of fact".
4. Considering the fact that the complaint given by the petitioner have been enquired and closed by the respondent police as "mistake of fact", the prayer as such sought for by the petitioner in this petition cannot be granted at this stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance, it is always open to her to initiate appropriate proceedings to redress the same in the manner known to law.
