O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to file a final report of the FIR in Crime No.232 of 2017, dated 20.08.2017 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the investigation is under process and that the final report is likely to be filed within a period of three months.

Having regard to the nature of complaint and the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a Final Report in Crime No.232 of 2017, before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
