ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.92 of 2014, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners are absent during the trial in C.C.No.90 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur. On account of their absence, Non-Bailable Warrant has been issued. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners already filed a quash petition and this Court granted interim order and also dispensed with their personal appearance.

appears that the interim order was granted only a limited period. Be that as it may, the petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition. The concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to recall the warrant on the same day.
