ORDER

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation from the second respondent to any other higher officer under the first respondent to complete the investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that after investigation, the second respondent has closed the complaint as "Mistake of Fact" and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and referred charge sheet notice also served on the petitioner.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed and if at all the petitioner has any grievance against the negative final report, it is open to her to file a protest petition in the manner known to law.
