Criminal Revision Petition is filed under section 397 r/2,401 of the Criminal Procedure Code), praying to set aside the order of dismissal for non prosecution made in C.A.No.67 of 2017 by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Palani, Dindigul dated 04.01.2018 by confirming the Judgment made in C.C.No.78 of 2015 by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court) Palani, dated 08.06.2017. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner ,Mr.S.C.HEROLD SINGH Advocate for the respondent,the court made the following order:- The petitioner has not complied with the conditional order of this Court. The petitioner has not come forward to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs only) before the Lower Court as per direction of this Court, dated 24.04.2018, though time was extended till today (02.08.2018). Since the condition is not complied with by the petitioner, the suspension of sentence already granted is revoked.
