Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., to grant extension of time limit for a further period of six months in CRL OP(MD) No. 16216 of 2019 dated 29.01.2020 in Kalakadu Police station in Crime No. 283/2009 u/s. 341,302 IPC to complete the investigation and filing final report. Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., to withdraw the case in Cr.No.283 of 2009 on the file of the third respondent and to transfer the same to the fourth respondent or any other agency.
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the Petitioners and of Mr.K.Gokul, Advocate for the first respondent, this Court made the following order:
This Court directed the third respondent / Inspector of Police, CBCID, Tirunelveli to expedite the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.283 of 2009 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.16216 of 2016 on 29.01.2020.

2. Now, the present petition is filed seeking for extension of
time to conclude the investigation in Crime No.283 of 2009.
3. Perused the affidavit filed by the third respondent / Inspector of Police, CBCID, Tirunelveli. In the facts and circumstances, further period of six months is granted for concluding the investigation in Crime No.283 of 2009. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
