None appearance for the writ petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader points out that the petition mentioned property belongs to the Village Panchayat and that the petitioner is an encroacher.

3.The Block Development Officer, Vadipatti, Madurai District, has expressed his objections for granting Patta in favour of the writ petitioner. Therefore, this Court is of the view that no relief can be granted in this writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
