ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13929 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.19089 of 2024, dated 18.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1/3

respondent-Police, submitted that the petitioner has complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.4 in the order in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.13929 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.19089 of 2024, dated 18.12.2024. is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions in the bail order shall hold good.
