The petitioner has filed this revision seeking for a direction to the Family Court Judge, Madurai to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.216 of 2012.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Since the prayer sought for in the revision petition is only to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.216 of 2012, no notice is necessary to the respondent.
4. It is an admitted fact that the respondent/wife has filed the H.M.O.P.No.216 of 2012 in the year 2012 and the same is pending for the past six years.
5. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Family Court Judge, Madurai to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.216 of 2012, on day-to-day basis, without giving any adjournment to either parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are also directed to give their fullest co-operation for early https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
disposal of the H.M.O.P.No.216 of 2012 within the time limit fixed by this Court. No costs.
