Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 30 of the Employee Compensation Act, to set aside the order dt.06.12.2022 passed in EC No.40 of 2018 on the file of the Employees Compensation Commissioner Court at Madurai in so far as liability to pay the compensation and liability to pay the interest for the defaulted period is concerned by allowing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V. SAKTHIVEL, Advocate for the petitioner while admitting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the Court made the following order:- Issue notice to the respondents returnable by six weeks.
