ORDER

This matter arises out of a landlord-tenant dispute.

2. The revision petitioner/landlord succeed in the R.C.O.P.No.6 of 2012. The respondent filed appeal before the Rent Control Appellate Authority in R.C.A.No.1 of 2014.

3. In the landlord-tenant dispute, hide and seek is hot and uncommon event. It is because of the nature of the litigation. But there should be an end of litigation, otherwise they will continue to fight till their life time. Now, the landlord pleads for speedy disposal of R.C.A.No.1 of 2014. Naturally, it will not be to the liking of the tenant. The revision petitioner is asking a minimum relief, namely, speedy disposal.

4. In the circumstances, the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub Court), Ramanathapuram will make all efforts to dispose of the appeal in R.C.A.No.1 of 2014 at an early date preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
