ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner seeks bail on the ground that his brother is to be married and he can be granted interim bail for a day or two. The petitioner is in jail for more than four years. The case has arisen under the provisions of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
